Wik'eup) A temporary dwelling of nomadic Native North Americans. It is a framework of arched poles covered by brush, bark, rushes, or mats. The natives sometimes call other dwellings of tribes in this region wikiups even when made of more permanent materials. A luxury desert experience in a natural Mojave Desert setting. We invite nomadic North Americans and others to stay in this new home.
